Creative Pathways and Means in association with Topeka Family and Friends of Juneteenth Celebration will be hosting a free event. This is a community empowerment festival that will involve vendors, a car show, car stereo contest, free throw and three point contest, workshops, music and end with a live show.
We are still looking for sponsors that feel lead to help financially or with sweat equity. We are Looking to do this annually and need the support of the community to make it work.
